The Sense of Sight
Que utilizamos nuestro sentido de la vista para ver todo lo que nos rodeaba. El sentido de la vista nos permite identificar el tamaño, forma, color y movimiento.
La córnea es una cubierta transparente que protege el ojo.
El iris es un músculo que controla el tamaño de la pupila y la cantidad de luz que entra en los ojos.
Cuando se mira un objeto, la luz rebota en el objeto en su pupila. La lente enfoca la luz y hace una imagen del objeto en la retina.
La retina está conectada al nervio óptico. El nervio óptico lleva la imagen de la pupila al cerebro.

The Sense of Hearing
Utilizamos nuestros orejas para oír sonidos y ruidos. Sonidos pueden ser muy agradable como música o pájaros. Los ruidos son fuerte y desagradable.
Cuando escuchamos algo, los sonidos entran al oído externo hasta el tímpano.
Los tres pequeños huesos, el martillo, el yunque y estribo hacen sonidos más fuerte.
El martillo, estribo y yunque pasan la vibración a la cóclea, que está conectada con el nervio auditivo.

La cavidad nasal y el nervio olfatorio están detrás de las fosas nasales.

Sentimos las cosas con nuestro sentido del tacto. Nuestra piel es el órgano del sentido del tacto. Utilizamos nuestro toque a sentir texturas y temperaturas. Usamos nuestro sentido del tacto para sentir si algo es lisa, rugosa, frío o caliente.
Nerve Endings
Los sensores del nervio en nuestra piel identifican la textura y la temperatura de los objetos. Esta información viaja a través de los nervios hasta el cerebro.
